Back to Business

I went to Switzerland at end of January to enjoy the ski slopes with my family.
My days mostly consisted of snowboarding, going to the sauna, working out on various occasions as well as eating…a lot of eating.
Unfortunately, when I came back to Brussels on February 3rd, it was rather hard for me to get out of that comfort zone that I had fallen into while on vacation.
Don’t get me wrong, it is great as well as very important to take some time off in order to relax.
But the transition from holiday to working is usually a rather slow one for me.

However, the last couple of days I have felt the will to get shit done grow inside me again and so this means: Back to Business!!!

Over Valentine’s Day (or the NBA All Star Game week-end for the more sport enthusiasts among you), I made a short movie in Ghent with my girlfriend.

New Movie Project

It’s official. I’m going to Switzerland for 1 week at the end of January. I’ve been waiting for this since 2011 since I went to visit my girlfriend in Raleigh, North Carolina, back in January 2012.
I have felt the call of the mountains for a couple of weeks now, and I can’t wait to get back to it: The snowy cliff tops, the cold wind, the blue skies and the delicious swiss food.
Also, I have been wanting to do a bigger movie project lately, and I think that this trip might just be what I need to make that desire happen. I plan on doing a short movie on the trip itself, as well as work on some time lapse photography and whatever else comes into my mind.
So I will make sure to keep you guys posted on that process and I will most certainly post a link to the project once it’s done.
